Thank you for supporting Allison & Lilly’s Pantry! Every item we make is handcrafted in small batches with care, using clean, high-quality ingredients.

Because our products are food items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for safety and quality reasons. Once a product leaves our kitchen, it cannot be restocked or resold.

All Sales Are Final

To protect the integrity of our food items and ensure the highest standards for all customers, all sales are final. This includes mixes, spices, seasonings, oatmeal blends, gift sets, and any other edible product.

If There’s an Issue With Your Order

Although returns aren’t accepted, I want every customer to be happy with their purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if there is any concern at all, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery so I can make it right.
